Yes, it can be all men or all women or mix gender.
Is shuttle provided?
Van shuttle is provided as an option to send you back to your starting point for free. You can always make your own arrangement / use own transport.For anyone who needs it, the van shuttle will be provided between the Kpg Git (Finishing Venue) to your start venue. Meaning, if you start at (example Kpg Temurang, you will have shuttle back there from Kpg Git)
There is no shuttle provided from town to Padawan. You will need to arrange for your own transport.
